🚨 Howdy! I’m Hiring Livestock Photographers & Videographers‼

Key Responsibilities:
📅 Schedule Management: Plan and organize your time effectively, accounting for weather conditions and setting aside “edit days.”
📞 Client Communication: Reach out to clients one month in advance and again one week before the shoot to finalize dates that ensure ideal weather (sunny & low-wind).
📸 On-Site Ownership: Take charge of the picture pen and adapt to the environment for the best shots.
💼 Professionalism: Always maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
⏰ Timely Deliverables: Ensure all projects are delivered on or ahead of deadlines set by the client.

Requirements:
Sales-Oriented
Strong Communication Skills
Highly Organized: Manage your schedule and time effectively.
Time Management:
Basic Knowledge of Animal Structure
Livestock Experience (preferred but not required)
Willingness to Travel

Preferred Added Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Website Development (WordPress)
Social Media Management

Compensation:
Contract Labor – Percentage-Based Pay: 55/45 and up to a 90/10 split – Yes, you could keep 90%! ( Split % is based on skill level and ability to bring in new business)
All Travel Expenses Paid (excluding food)
Profit Share in Erick, LLC
